My alternator is new , battery new but while on the alternator is under 11.05 volts instead of 14. Volts ?

So you have 14 volts coming from the alternator? Do you get 14 volts testing the battery posts? In other words are the terminals making a good connection and the wires are in good condition?

Yes and no.
It sounds like you have a wiring problem.
The alternator output could be 14 volts and only one or two amps, but that would be enough to kill the warning light. Its more likely the alternator is charging but the current is not reaching the battery.

14 volts is close (14.5-14.8 volts is required
and 9 when shut down indicates a bad battery
have it load tested and then have the alternator tested for rectifier pack operation
there should be 14.5 volts DC at the battery when running or it is not charging the battery
if you have 14 volts AC replace the alternator with a serviceable unit

You definitely have a problem with the charging system. As it is, the engine and other electricals are running your battery down. You need to put a voltmeter on the battery with the engine running to verify no charging. When the alternator is working and charging, the voltage will be about 14 volts, or somewhere between 13.5 volts and 14.5 volts. It may not even crank the engine over fast enough to start if your battery voltage is now under 12 volts. Then you would need a boost, but if alternator is not working, what charge you now have in your battery may be quickly depleted and the engine will shut down.
Test the alternator as I stated, or take it off and have it tested at a parts store.

Could be a fuseable link or fuse - or the computer.
I would check for voltage on the alternator terminals first.
The computer sends a signal to the alternator to activate it.

The normal charge of alternator on idling is about 13 to 14 volts. 12 is acceptable but keep in mind it will need attention soon. The needle fluctuates due to the revs of the alternator - there is nothing to worry about. Just look that the charge is always above 12V on idle.

Your alternator should putting out 14-14.6 volts with engine running.If you only have 10 volts with engine running then your alternator is not charging take alternator back for a replacement.

if you have a multi meter,
check voltage at battery with car running,should be at least 13-14 volts,
now turn on fan motor to high,flashers on,radio on, and check voltage at battery,regulator should have adjusted voltage to handle the load,should still be 13-14 volts,
now turn all that stuff off,and turn on headlights and recheck battery voltage,if below 13-14 volts replace regulator,if voltage is spiking higher than 14volts replace regulator.you do not need other belts.

Rest at ease the 14 volts will not hurt your system idealy your alt will charge at around 14 to 14,5 volts at the alternator and probably have a slightly lower charge rate at your battery at around 14 to 13.5 at the battery this is completely normal

clean battery terminals ,bring battery to be tested after charging, after reinstalling battery run car and test alternator output it should be a minimum of 13-14volts if it is under 13 replace alternator , use a voltmeter set on 12 volt 10 amp dc to check the wire to check is located on the back of the alternator covered with a rubber grommet of course hold negative wirw on volt meter to ground and touch red wire to big terminal on back of alternator while car is running should have 14 volts or at least 13 volts
