Instant loss of power at road speed but fires back up almost instantly. Seems to happen same time when I have trouble starting the car in the morning. Engine turns over great but seems to not be firing or flooded then the car starts.

are you sure its not a certain road condition or certain area of road that you drive everyday and only notice it there to have a problem?road crown and abnormalties can cause very crazy problems and nothing wrong with car
I would have the trans speed sensor checked before removing dash assembly. The speed sensor is an analog sensor that sends a signal to the dash. It is located near the trans output shaft attached to housing with a small bolt. It is gear driven and quite easy to get at. It is also subject to heat and road conditions, makeing this the prime culprit in speedo problems. Hope this helped. Moe
first of all do you know if your engine is a non-interference i would think a 95 would be non-interference ( another words the valves do not collide with the piston in the event of belt failure ) for the power loss issue i would suspect your cam to crank timing ( align timing marks ) exactly. as far as your oil leaks, as mentioned by another comment, your seals, ie. rear main, front crank, and your cam seal would of been simple to do prior to stabbing the engine, except for the cam seal you now have quite a job, if you did the install. if you paid a shop take it back. this is not even close to good business
think this a problem for dealer mechanic with product knowledge, because all lights coming on then loss of power sounds like it could be an ECU fault being triggered by a sensor,or just a component in the ECU breaking down .It would need the computer connecting then running till fault shows up .sorry i couldnt give an instant fix
