Ffirst remove all screws that are holding it on approx 10, most are hidden by small round circles of plastic the same colour as the panel next you to be firm and pop it off from the door carefully there is about 10 of these clips which "pop" off then carefully lift upwards slighty unplug your electric window switch by pushing the tab on the plug itll come off. that's your door panel off. be carefull not to bump and of the metal wires you see running inside the door as these are to do with you door lock. to fix window gently pull down plastic moisture sheet on door first try another switch or give your switch a good clean, you can disasssemble it with a small screwdriver carefully, if still no difference replace your electric window motor which is bolted to the door in 3 places with 10mm bolts and is bolted to the window, unsure of what it is follow the wiring from the electric switch you unplugged will lead you to the electric motor, have fun

Where is the fuel pump on a 1988 toyota corrolla station wagon

I don't know if your fuel injected or carb? If your fuel injected, probably electric fuel pump, in the gas tank. If not fuel injected, probably a mechanical fuel pump, under the hood, note picture.

Hi there,

If manual window winder

Your driver's window glass may have come off the regulator mechanism.

If electric window control

The glass may have detached from the regulator or the regulator cable has unwound itself off the mechanism (ie tension during upward motion, but loose when motor stops winding).

Your driver's door panel will need to be removed to inspect your window regulator operation.

Drivers side window came off track and now free falls, how complicated is the fix,ie removing door panel..

on a scale of 1 to 10 (1 being anyone over the age of 15 , 10 being specialty training / tools) I would rate this a 3 .

The glass didnt just fall off the track... they are designed not to do that. Something must have seperated or broke off in the door somehow ( from slamming the door when entering / exiting).

Take the arm rest off and then the interior door trim pannel. be careful pealing the plastic barrier back to gain access ( and always repair any damage done to this plastic barrier to re seal the door).

If you need a video , look it up on youtube, there are a few.

How to remove inner door panel 2000 toyota corrolla

Remove the the arm rest pad. It should pop off, check if there is a phillips screw. The power window bezel will pop out as well. Lifer up and remove connector. The inner door handle, remove the screw. Then the door trim pulls off, there is about 7 plastic clips that hold the perimeter of the trim. If you have a flat head screw driver it can help. Pop off all clips and lift in an upwards direction.
