I have the same problem and I found the resistor but i don't know how to disconnect the dash to get to the resistor. It is located on the passenger side towards the right, behind the bottom part of the lower dash. (right behind the light)

I just replace the blower motor resistor on an 05 Grand Cherokee, You take the glove box off and it's right behind it. Need a #20 Torx to replace it. Unfortunately this didn't fix the problem for me.

That behavior is identical to the Chrysler brand vehicles and because they have the same engineers I suspect the Jeep also has a blower motor resistor block. But I can't tell you where it is. I would go to a Jeep dealer and at the parts department tell them you want to buy a blower motor resistor block for your vehicle. Then ask them to show you the computer parts schematic drawing which will show you visually exactly where it is. They should have that accessible right on the counter.
Another way would be to listen under the dash to locate the blower, then trace the wires from the blower housing to the resistor block to which they should be attached, and that will by your answer. I suspect it will be located nearby the blower, mounted in an air-handling tunnel through which the blower exhausts its air. So that way you may be able to just remove the block, go to the dealer and get a new one.
Please let me know if I am correct or not.
Finally, because the vehicle is so new, you might even get the dealer to replace it for you for free under the new car warranty, including the labor cost.

My 2004 grand marque's blower motor stoped working is it the blower motor relay or the resister?

If 1, 2 & 3rd speed not working, it is resistor (assuming you don't have EATC). High speed will work if fuse is ok and resistor is burned.
EATC = Electronci Auto Tem,p Control (Digital)

I only get the fan to work on high speed, the lower speeds do not work

The Blower Motor Resistor also called Manual Temp. Control resistor), is fried, replace. The price with floor console $25 and without floor console $65. here is a pic.

the resistor is located on the blower motor housing, fastened by two screws. It is the part where the electrical plug connects, the plug on the pic. goes to the blower motor.
A HELPFUL - 4 THUMBS rating for this solution would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for using FixYa.

Have a 2003 Jeep Wrangler, Rubicon and the hear/AC blower fan only comes on in the high position. The other setting low, med and med/high the blower will not come on. Is this the controller it self?...

The problem usually stems with the blower motor resistor, high speed by-passes it and there-fore the controller is sending power but the resistor has gone open and the speeds can't be regulated.

2002 Jeep Wrangler blower motor is not working on any speed. Not sure which fuse covers blower, so checked all and can't find one blown. Assume it's not resistor, because it's not working on highest...

If fuse is good, then turn switch on, and take a voltmeter or test light and test power to the motor. If there is power, then motor is bad. If no power, than switch or relay is bad.

Wrangler jeep heater/AC fan

Usually, when the fan works only on high speed the issue is with the blower motor resistor. It will be located under the dash close to the blower motor itself. It will have a multi-wire plug and feeds signal to the blower motor. An updated resistor maybe available in which case a slightly larger hole will have to be cut for the new resistor. This is not a difficult proceedure, only a couple of screws are holding the resistor in place and most resistors are resonably priced. I recommend you buy the resistor at the dealer, this is a case where you get what you pay for.
Good luck, hope this helps.
