If brake lights not working then its quite possible that the problem is .either the brake light fuse or the brake light switch.The brake light switch is causing the turn signal light to stop functioning.Check out both the brake light fuse and the brake light switch.

yes it is possible, it is possible the rotor was not turned properly and it is out of round but it is also possible the hub bearing on passenger side is going out also.you should lift car and ssee if wheel is flexing up and down and side to side
