Engine light flashing along with the drop on RPMs is indicative of misfires. Connect a scan tool and see if any codes are stored this may give you a starting point. As for the clicking I'm not sure that it is related to the engine light but clicking when braking may be due to worn suspension/steering parts such as control arm bushings
I think you have a bad ground at the back on both rear lights or their earth out on the same connection but these american cars use a funny system where the stop lights are the indicators and not a seperate yellow light like europeon motors ,Now these brake light switches also allow the indicators to work by shutting off the feed to the stop light so it flashes with indicators ,Why american cars use this system i dont know as its so complicated for the stop light switch function but try the ground or earth wire on the back lights and if no joy then ask a american mechanic with experiance of this sort of circuitry as when i get american cars for import i have to fit new back lights and disconnect the brake light switch .
Hi Donald: Replace your technician; when the Check Engine Light is flashing ON it means that the computer has
detected a misfire in the engine. It is not good to drive a vehicle that
has a flashing check engine light; one or more sensor in your vehicle is
advise about an code fault. I suggest scanning the PCM computer to know what code is stored there and solve it.
In some vehicles, a red check-engine light means the car
needs absolute immediate attention while a yellow check-engine light
means you need to make an appointment soon. The light is used to indicate PCM (Powertrain Control Module) problems
that are associated with your vehicle's emissions system.

The daytime running lights go off when the parking/emergency brake is engaged. There is a switch located on the parking brake lever to tell the car the parking brake is on. It sounds like that switch is intermittently indicating the brake is on. Make sure the lever is all the way disengaged. Move it up and down, jiggle it to see if you can get the light to go on/off. If the lever is disengaged you probably have a bad switch or bad wiring to the switch.
The anti-lock brake system is not working. Ergo, both lights of brake and ABS will stay lit until you take it to you Dodge dealership and have them check you brake system. One of these days you will not be able to brake due to the failure, no matter if it runs great or not. Check engine, probably spark plugs misfiring, needing a tune-up, or maybe an oxygen sensor from the exhaust system not reading or working correctly.
