Problem with Volvo 2007 V40
volvo v40 alarm will not turn off with remote.How can I turn it off manually.It is not the fob battery.Car will start with the key but alarm keeps sounding.Neighbours are unimpressed.Have tried
disconneting/reconnecting battery and locking/unlocking twice to no avail.

In some cases you may need to unlock the door but leave the key turned to the unlock position for a few seconds. Aside from that your RF receiver for the signal from the keyless could be at fault. Hope that helps.
