Where is the fuel pump relay located on my 94 honda civic dx

d3b8073d-1bf3-4380-950a-09fe156d8ad9.jpgThe fuel pump relay is located under the dashboard of the car right next the fuse panel. Depicted in the included photo, is the exact replacement relay for a 1994 Honda Civic DX, and should look like, or similar to, the one located by the fuse box.

I hope that you have found this information to be useful, and if I can be of any further assistance, please let me know. Thank you for using fixya!

I have a friends 1991 honda civic dx that smokes bad when first started but then stops after about 30 minutes he says its the valve seal now what exactly is the valve seal and is it easy to replace

it is a rubber seal that keeps oil from running past valve and into combustion chamber, requires head removal and disassembly.Usually caused by letting oil get low causing seal to dry up and crack.

1989 civic dx runs great until tank gets to half way point. Replaced the pump and tank with new parts.

check lines in tank also check pump asm, for cracks in metal line that connect to pump, or sending unit could be shorting out, start there. good luck.

There are 2 engines for 92 civics, so that can make ordering parts 'interesting" sometimes. Some websites that sell factory OEM parts have the option of using your vin for your vehicle to locate parts. The only problem there, is that OEM parts are more expensive Check out hondapartscheap site, from Southbay Honda for great diagrams of car parts. You can use your vin on their site for access to proper parts.
