putting indecators seperate to brake light

Depending on model and year of car the only way to separate the brake and turn signal lights would be to re-wire one of them completely. The older vehicles, and some newer ones, just use a double filament bulb that handles park / run lights on one side of bulb, and the turn signal / brake light is the other. Newer cars sometimes have the turn signal split to a different set of light sockets which are usually yellow in the tail light housing. But if car is not wired like this you will have to run all new wire for the turn signal system. Some newer vehicles have a sensor in system that detects light bulb failure so if you change the system you may run into issues with this also.

brake lights work tail lights do not

This could be your reason. Some vehicle come equiped with a double filiment bulb. It could be that this part of your tail light bulb is blown. Try removing one of the bulbs to see if the filiment is broken. If you can not see this, replace the bulb.

The other senario is that the fuse in your fuse panel controling your tail lights (running light) is blown. This is usually on a seperate fuse than your brake lights. Your owner's manual should state which fuse is what on your panel and replace is with the exact same ratted fuse that it calls for.

Good luck! Hope I helped.

how do you change back blinker bulb

You haven't mentioned make, model or year so I can only give you basic information.

Access through the rear cover panel inside the vehicle, in the corner the light needs to be replaced, no tools are required. Once you have the cover off, the lamp holder removes by turning it counter-clockwise about 1/8 of a turn. Most newer vehicles bulbs pull straight out / push straight in.
Reinstall lamp holder and secure it by turning clockwise. Check to make sure new bulb is working, then replace cover panel & you are done.

need to change the parking light

Disconnect the ground cable from the negative battery terminal.
Remove the amber colored parking light lens. On older vehicles remove the screws that secure the lens to the vehicle's body. On newer vehicles, the lens is usually retained by hidden clips that can be disengaged by gently prying the lens away from the vehicle's body. Depending on the design of your vehicle, either press in on the parking light bulb and rotate it slightly to disengage it from the socket, or unscrew it from the socket as you would a household bulb. Install a new light bulb into the socket. Be sure to buy the proper bulb for your car's make, model and year. Reinstall the amber lens, either by gently pushing it back into place or reinstalling the screws that retain it.Reconnect the ground cable to the negative battery terminal

Instrument panel's lights out parttially....

The driver speaker cover comes off with Torx and after shining light through windshield, you will see two bulbs on a printed circuit film set apart from each other. You can reach them and twist and pull, clean contacts if bulbs not blown, replacement Sylvania 2721. There is also the reostat/dimmer knob that can be jiggled on dash, lower than the bulbs, each controling each bulb. I am in process of replacing mine with LED lights, which are brighter and come in colors as well. You just have to make sure the LED draws no more than 12 VDC as the alternator output is 14 VDC. Check out superbrightleds.com , there you will look for # 74 bulbs, which is same as 2721...I just came across the site today and thought, although your ????was a while ago, maybe this will give Saab Nation the ability to see at night....LOL
