Tip & How-To about 1993 Honda Civic 4 Door

Read Here First

If you are having any questions and or problems with any model Hondas.. the best place to start is the dealership... you can get on their website and locate the nearest dealership to your location. Over the phone they can help you troubleshoot most any problems and if they cannot help you over the phone they will recommend you come in for a few hours and they can have a team of certified professionals who do nothing but work on Hondas all day long, give your car a complete look-over, in most cases they do this for free.

Hope this helps :)

How Much should I Sell My 1998 Honda CRV EX 198,000miles ?

That is a tough question to answer without more information. Your geographical location will affect what price you can get. The condition of the vehicle will also play a big part. In some places people pay outrageous amounts for used Hondas regardless of age. Kelly Bluebook website shows that if you were selling that car in Beverly Hills, and it is in good condition it is worth around 2200. Too many factors to get an accurate answer here.

I experience my car wont start Honda Accord 2004, No problem about the battery. The mechanic saying something to do with the Inhibitor Switch no idea if this is true? Please advise.

I would say that if the starting/charging system is in doubt, have it tested at a place like Walmart or Sears where they sell a lot of batteries.

Chances are that it's a battery, starter, or connections causing your no start condition.
Batteries only last up to 3 years, and sometimes bad connections on Hondas can cause a no start intermittent problem.

If the inhibitor switch is causing the problem, have it replaced if that will fix it. I've never had to replace one, though in my Hondas, but I admit mine were predated from having this security feature.

I wish you luck in solving your no start condition.

i have a 93 honda accord and if i start it up after it sits for a long time its runs fine for a while and then it shut off i have to wait a few mins and it starts back up I've replaced the spark plugs fuel filter and fuel pump thinking that it would solve the problem what could be causing this problem?

I would take this vehicle to your local auto repair service garage that services Hondas and ask to have the engine analyzed.

There's a good chance that they can find what is wrong with your vehicle, without putting a lot of 'parts' on the vehicle.

Ideally, the dealership for Honda should perform the work, if they work on Hondas that old

I wish you luck on this.
