noise from rear of when in auto 4 wheel drive

First of all, the noise is not coming from the rear. The noise is only happening in 4WD mode, that involves the transfer case and front differential.
When was the last time the transfer case fluid change, it is recommended that it be changed every 50K miles. It is possible that you have transfer case issues. It is not recommended to operate the drive system in Auto mode constantly, this will wear out the internal clutches.
If the road surface does not warrant 4 wheel drive, keep the selector in 2WD.

Corolla 2002 (with ABS) after changing left axle inner boot now has a scratching sound from left wheel continous after changing wheel bearings, plz advise

This would normally be from the brake wear pad indicator contacting the rotor, which happens when the pads are worn down.

However you have just got work done around there, and pad wear should have been noticed, so maybe the wear indicators (little spring clips) are dislodged or fitted wrongly.

When I make a hard right turn or go over rough pavement in my 2006 Chevy Silverado it feels like a wheel is loose.

Jack up the front of the truck. Grab a tire at the top and bottom and try to wiggle it up and down there should be no play, if there is it means a ball joint. Now grab the sides do the same thing, play side to side means tierod end. If it move both do it diagonaly if it moves here too its a wheel bearing, Any play should be apparent as what your describing seems pretty definitive.

92 dodge van rear ABS-brake and ABS lights on/can't reset?

Its probably how your bleeding your brakes, but first make sure the bleeding nipples are facing upward. You should bleed diagonaly, front pass wheel then rear driver wheel. Then front driver wheel and rear pass wheel. The abs light has its own computer your have to get it scanned to clear the codes and turn off the light
