Tip & How-To about Ford F-150

When writting a question to be answered, you will get best results when being as specific as possible, a one sentence question is so much harder to give and answer to than a paragraph with details on when things started, what you have done, and other migigating circumstances surrounding the issues, such as check engine lights being on, it make it so much easier for me to help you when i know more than just the question

what does this code mean SHT HI 14 103 on a 2007 Freightliner

not possible to answer as freight liners use 3 different engines and 3 different transmissions ( 3 different specific code lists) so unless you can supply all the information when asking a question , the best answer is to take it to a service dealer and have the codes read and explained to you

wires to cap what order

Hint: The quality of the answer you can possibly receive is directly related to the completeness and detail of the question you ask. If you want specific information about an engine, it usually results in a more useful answer if you take the time to mention WHICH ENGINE you would like information about.....Fresh out of psychic ability and dropped my crystal ball and broke it...sorry!

I am not sure what your question is. You should try to post a complete sentence here to get the best results, Many people will not bother with a problem message as short and cryptic as yours is.

If you have a car and this is a trouble code, it is "coolant temperature sensor error" probably meaning that component needs replacement, or a wiring connection has broken.

Can I put manual locking hubs on my 2001 Expidition?

easy answer!
YES you can, Auto locking hubs provide the same end result as manual locking hubs. The best people to contact are specialty 4X4 componant stores. I know that a company by the name of "Snake Racing" in australia will generally make to order specific parts like that. the only concern you will have will be the cost, and time frame involved.
I am not aware of any bolt on kits, although it is possible that smaller specialty fabrication shops may have one.
kind regards
