Y do my front window keep fogging up and white smoke from vents only

This symptom is usually a sign of a coolant leak from the heater core. The fog/smoke leaves a film on the glass. Often you get a sweet-sort of aroma as well. Check for loss of coolant. If you are low, check the heater core for leaks and replace as needed.

windsheild is fogging up while driving what is causing this?

Check coolant level for radiator to see if it's going down. Does it smell like anti-freeze when the fog starts coming? Feel it, does it feel slightly oily?
If so, you may have a heater core problem.(Leak) Have the cooling system pressure tested to confirm.
