If for some reason your Honda Motor Vehicle requires you to disconnect the 12 V automotive battery or you happen to have incident with a discharged or failed battery you will need to enter your factory radio secuirty code to restore it's function. You can do this by simply referencing a dealer repair or service invoice that you may have kept, most people keep service records with their vehicle, you will see plainly stated most times on the left side of about the middle of the page ( Radio Code)

what happens when you disconnect battery. You will lose settings and codes to computer if any. and if you have anti theft you will need to reset. Check this out before you disconnect battery click this link---
