Tip & How-To about Ford F-150

Get yourself a Haynes or Chiltons manual

I feel this is one of the best ways to preview what needs to be done to your vehical before you work on it yourself or take it to a repair shop. reviewing scheduled maintenance and see what is needed and at what milage ( 30,60,90 thousand miles). even trouble some codes are listed and a few wire diagrams.
I cant stress enough about regular maintenance. the book says the minimun to be done. you can always do more or more often.
Warrenty will not cover breakdowns due to Neglect or Lack Of Maintenance.
( Yes, my daughter that applies to you )
I also recommend factory repair parts. using parts from carquest may be cheaper but you get what you pay for. (ie. radiator hoses, brake rotors) aftermarket parts are cheaper for a reason. they are not as good quality as the OEM parts.

seat seized possibly something in track because one side works frely

Thiers gearboxes and clutches, in the seat base it's not really designed to be repaired and the best way to fix it is ti buy a used seat base at a salavage year and even on Ebay. Most Gm seat bases are nearly tyhe same as long as the model year is close as the same seat base fits alot of different vehicals. the manual seaty base will also fit if you want to do that as it'll fit too as long it's from about the same vehical. The salavage yards use a Hollander catalog that lets them figure out what willl work. The power and manual seat bases interchangwe as the same vehicals are made both ways. Some times you can get the seat base to go back together, like a cable came out of it's holder but once they start giving troble repaired ones mostly don't stay repaired very long. New ones are expensive and The Dealers don't stock them. I used to work in a rent a car place and peaple would rent one for a day and come back and say the seat wasn't working right and it was'nt even installed all the way. They just rented the car to take the seat base but their was no way we could prove it.

2003dodge van wont start no power at all.

If you turn your key and nothing is working inside your vehical, you have a dead battery. A dead battery could have been caused by something left on when your vehical was not running for long periods of time. The car battery will need to be recharged. This can be done with jumper cables. The instructions are in your owner's manual. If you do not want to do it yourself, a repair shop will be able to do it for you. Hope this helps! Please feel free to ask any questions if needed.

both rear whell cilinders need to be replaced. whats the best and cheepest way to do it?

Your best bet is to shop around local shops like Midas, Tires plus, etc... they have specials and are considerable cheaper than dealer. If you bought parts yourself and did it yourself would be least expensive, but if you've never done wheel cylinder replacement before, this is NOT the car to learn on.

my 04 freelander is showing codes p1133, p1472, p0304, p1471, p1477, p1775, p1319, p300 and p0050. along with this my vehical has very limited torque and throtal responce through out the entire power band.

When you get that many codes and the drivability issues as well, you most likely have a single item pulling down the computer,so to speak.
You need, as you have done, list what the codes are, possible fixes, based on a trouble chart ,you won't have.
Then you need to do three things.
Have a complete vehicle wiring schematic.
Check what does work
Use logic, and do a few tests of suspected areas, if you don't get what you should, you enter the schematic and work your way back to find out why.

In your case,a very good diagnostic repair shop will be what you want.
