Drove through puddle - Battery light came on, temperature gauge all the way up, cold air blowing out of vents

Sounds like it may have blown a hose and you lost all the coolant. IT could also be that the puddle you drove through caused the head gasket to blow. At any rate, this is not going to be cheap.

DOOR PUDDLE LIGHTS WILL NOT COME ON WHEN DOORS ARE OPENED 2002 JAGUAR X- TYPE

DO THE DOME AND UNDER DASH LIGHTS COME ON? IF THEY DO CHECK THE SOCKETS AND THE BULBS, THE DOOR BEING CLOSED OVER THE YEARS TAKES ITS TOLL.

Driver side puddle light is out. Not the bulb.

The wiring in the mirror is likely shorting out. You can get a used one from a junkyard for about $25. A new one from a dealership is about $180. I DO NOT RECOMMEND buying a cheap aftermarket part as your problem will likely repeat itself within a year or so.

change puddle light , need to know how to take the lens off to change the light bulb in the mirrior of a 2003 ford expedition .

Per the '03 Owners manual...

Approach lamp bulb removal (if equipped)
To change the bulbs:
1. Make sure that all the doors are
closed and the interior lights have
automatically turned off or the
opposite mirror approach lamp has
turned off.
2. With a small flat tipped
screwdriver, insert the tip into the
approach light module slot located
on the outboard corner of the lens
to release the clip.
3. While holding the clip in the release position, pull the approach light
module down.
4. Remove the two wires from the module and replace the module with a
new one.
5. Reverse the order to reassemble the approach light module.
