Folks when you are considering buying a used laptop. NEVER buy one that has a password protected bios. If you are looking at it and its not in a Windows screen asking for a password DONT buy it unless the seller shows you they can log on past it. Then make sure in that case you have that password when you leave. There is NO bios password work around, no program that can get past a firmware password at all. I think today I posted at least 10 times the same answer for people asking for a bios password. If they say they forgot it then that laptop is a paper weight unless your buying it for parts only.
