Ford did diagnostic. Got error codes: p0733 & p0745. They're saying to replace or rebuild transmission. Said the fluid was dirty & had metal in it. Do you think it needs replacing?

Its a Ford with 176k+ miles on it. Don't act surprised is the transmission is bad. You might as well get ready for motor repairs too.

My car stops suddenly and after few minutes it starts and works normally. At the beginning it was doing this around once a month, then every few days ,lately almost every day,now many times every day.

Sounds like fuel pump is ready to fail. First do the easy stuff. Change out fuel filter. If that improves then you are good to go. Secondly I would do a fuel pressure test this test will tell you if the fuel pump is weak and or about to fail. Good luck

Where are the horns and how do I get to them?

possible locations are in the front on the radiator support or look under the fenders in the front part if you have plastic inner fenders you might have to lower it to get access to the horns are you blowing fuses or are the horns dead totally have someone press the horn and see if the relays working you'll feel it click when you touch it if not try changing it if still doesn't work run power + from the battery and see if horns sound if they do you might have a dirty corroded/oxidized plug/connector clean it with alcohol and use P B blaster /W D 40 on it also check for broken wire/s if there is still a no horn condition you must look at the horn pad on the steering wheel that connector may have the same condition or the pad has broken from hitting the wheel in frustration from the coconuts on the road or the wire has broken post back with progress good luck

Battery drain

Remove the negative battery cable, connect an amp meter in series, between lead and battery terminal, should have a reading of approx 0.05 amp (Time Clock). If higher, then there is a drain, remove the fuses one at a time and watch for a drop on the amp meter. when it does you have found the circuit giving trouble. I would expect a reading of about 8 amps if it's the defog causing the problem. You could try taking the defog switch out first to see if that's the problem.

2004 Ford Explorer Eddie Bauer rear defog switch stuck on draining battery

The switch itself is probably bad. You can pop the switch out and unplug the wires to verify. You can pull the fuse to deactivate temporarily. The fuse is probably powering other items too, so find out what else is sharing the fuse.

My traction control lights on in my 2007 Ford Freestyle 3.0 and I want to know if there's a vacuum that hooks up to that where it's at

This could be two different issues. For the dash light get the vehicle plugged into an OBD scanner or a diagnostic system to check for Trouble Codes. These will give clues as to what and where the issue could be. Comment below with them and I'l try to help explain them. Unless the problem is with the brake booster most traction control systems do not use a vacuum to operate it. It is usually a set of electronic sensors on the wheels that the ECU uses to monitor tyre grip. As I cannot look at the car myself for that hose you will need to get a good mechanic to look at it. The vacuum hose could go to many things like the EGR system, the Turbo (if fitted) or possibly to the transmission.

Ford ranger BT50 2008 2.5 DIESEL IMOBILIZER

This will sound a bit silly and obvious but have you tried a new battery in the transponder key? Sometimes the fix is that easy. Have you had the vehicle plugged into an OBD scanner or a diagnostic system? Dashboard codes are commonly a bit vague about what the issue is. A Code 24 simply comes up as 'an Immobiliser issue' and thats all you get. The OBD scan will also tell you if there are any other issues with any of the other sensors on the engine. Comment below with any trouble codes you get and I'll try to help you more.
