Where is iat sensor located on 2006 tpyota tacoma 4,ol ?
Intake Air Temperature (IAT) sensor and Manifold Absolute Pressure (MAP) sensor are combined into a single assembly which is called Mass Air Flow (MAF) sensor. This MAF sensor is located on the air filter box near air filter hose, and is connected with a five wire connector. You cannot replace the IAT sensor alone. Instead a MAF sensor is replaced altogether.

Where is iat sensor on 2006 toyota tacoma 4.ol 4door located ?
This is the 2001-2012 Toyota Tacoma wiring diagram, Toyota Tacoma IAT (Intake Air Temperature) Sensor Location and the Toyota Tacoma MAF (Mass Air Flow) Sensor Location, also included is a pinout of the sensor. You are likely installing a performance chip or a cold air intake kit for increased HP (Horsepower). You will want to be sure to disconnect the car battery before adding performance products.
Here is the Toyota Tacoma's Iat sensor diagram:
I don't have any running
The majority of fuses are down by your left knee, up under the dash. Don't expect to tell good from bad by looking, use a meter. What do you mean by Running lights? The bulbs outside of the headlights? The tail lights (not brake lights)? License plate light? Those are all three on the 10a Tail fuse. But they often blow out, as they flash with the alarm system too.
dash lights are almost all on the same fuse, think it is labelled illumination. The small lights that light up the heater control knobs have been a pain for me, and they are expensive. I put in LED bulbs (triple bright), and they are finally lasting.
HOW TO RESET ABS LIGHT ON 06 TACOMA
Locate the 16 pin Data Link Connector under the steering side.
To clear fault codes, switch off ignition, connect jumper wire between terminals TS (pin 12) and CG (pin 4). Switch the key on, then pump the brake pedal eight or more times in three seconds or less. When codes are erased, the ABS light should flash two times per second.
Switch off the ignition. Remove the jumper wire.
Hope that works.
If problem persists, contact a service personnel.
Serpentine belt rubbing
It sounds like a seized or a seizing pulley. Did you replace the tensioner pulley along with the belt? Replacing the two at the same time is SOP. The tensioner is the only unit in contact with the smooth side of the belt.
Outside temperature gauge not functioning
It is not the fuse. I had the same problem for months. Sometimes, depending on the temperature the overhead temp guage would work then it would not. I thought it was a loose connection but that was not it at all. I checked on the internet and found a ton of people with the same issue. It is caused by loose connections on the "510" resistors. My solder connections looked good but I resoldered and it works like a charm. Go here for a description of the issue and then look down farther for a description of the solution with pictures:

Procedure to change serpentine belt 2006 toyota tacoma?
On my 2005 Tacoma with the 4.0L V6, I found it easier to change the belt from under the truck. Just remove the skid pan. Plenty of room to install the belt. The tensioner pulley is the one at about 2-o'clock from the crankshaft with the belt nearly all the way around it.
