VSC light continues to come on and sometimes car has hard time starting

When you have fault lights on you must have the electronic control module tested for fault codes, that is the first step to ID the problem(s).

Which fuse controls left side brake light

fuse #'s and positions are clearly marked on the inside of the fuse cover.

Window lock doesn't work

Check fuses and switch connections; if this its OK, then check windows motor and wire connections at him.

Climate control not working properly

if you're willing and able, you can fix it yourself. you have to pop off the big plastic frame. then 6 bolts to remove the unit. then unplug. then four screws to remove the radio, you repair the unit by re-soldering the ribbon cable or removing and replacing it with single wires. the ribbon cable is between the knob's little circuit board and the main circuit board. that's it.

ECU Fried? 2004 toyota highlander.

Hello! The circuit is protected...First by a 12 GA Fusible link (White)...It feeds two other fuses a 30 Amp and a 140 Amp...I doubt the link is burnt open but those other two fuses are more than likely blown...Follow the positive cable to the box...Guru...saailer I’m happy to help further over the phone at https://www.6ya.com/expert/david_6df67de3b14de867

Driver side window bumps down when closed.

Turn the key on

Press the window switch, lower the window, continue to hold the window switch down for 15 seconds after the window is completely lowered Don't use the auto feature

Pull the window switch up, raise the window, hold the button up for 15 seconds after the window is fully up. don't use the auto feature

Try the auto down feature again, see if it now works.

New battery affecting idle?

Some car computers have to "relearn" after power has been disconnected. Take it out on a backroad away from traffic and drive it for a bit.....stop and go.....drive at different speeds....and see if that helps
