Check the bolt that holds the back of the transmission to the cross member. It may have fallen out, allowing the transmission to shift right. If that is ok, remove the stick shift boot to see if the stick it hitting the edge of the floor board opening.

First off...do not follow some of the posters on youtube telling you to grab a moving fan blade with your fingers. Good way to lose fingers doing that. does it have ac if so watch your ac compresor if it engages and your rpm drops at the same time thats the issue

It's in the junction box, left kick panel

indicates you have installed the clutch plate incorrectly the raised hub section is hitting on the flywheel bolts instead of facing back into the pressure plate opening only fix is box back out and turn the plate around

Sounds like you have no Torque converter lock up function. The wiring connector for T/C lockup solenoid must have been disturbed or the solenoid is bad. No lock up will make a 200 RPM difference in high gear

You MIGHT have a vacuum leak which is affecting the timing.

I don't know if there are any rebuild kits, I haven't heard of any, but your local parts store like an O'Reilly's should carry a universal portioning valve for around $80.00 or you can try Toyota for a new one $$$ or try Ebay, they vary in price from about $60.00 - $400.00. http://www.ebay.com/sch/i.html?_nkw=toyota+brake+valve You could also try taking it apart and cleaning it, if the brake system was never flushed on a regular basis, then more than likely it's not a defective valve, it's just clogged up with sludge.

There is a small round connector inside of the steering wheel that allows the wheel to turn and the horn to still make electrical connection. It sounds like this is worn and not making good connection any longer. I would see about finding some replacement parts and having them replaced.

How old is fluid?

Does it pop and backfire? Are you sure the distributor was also correctly set? If any of that is true, you may be 180° out of time.

If your car is equipped with obd, look under the dashboard for a plug receiver, usually on the driver side.
