When my ignition coil is very hot is hard to start what is the problem

hot coils tend to short out internally and have problems creating the flux needed for a hot spark. Check the voltage of the coil and if it is 12 volts resistance and your system is straight 12 volts then that will be why the coil is getting hot.

Toyota starlet 1998. Radiator fan not working, but

Check your fuses (often located on the outside side of the steering wheel (I don't know what country you're in, therefore which side of the car the steering wheel is on)), if they're all fine, then check the relays- these are often located under the hood/bonnet, in the engine bay. It'll be a black plastic box (most likely) mounted off to the side somewhere, that's pretty easy to get to, usually.

1. How many degrees is the proper ignition timing

Awesome little car! I'm not sure where they want the timing at idle but if you have an advance style timing light, bring the engine up to 3500 rpm and twist the distributor so that you see 40 degress btdc. and you'll be good to go. I'll dig up the idle specs later if you like and post them.

the only thing i can think of is that you have bad compression your pistons are wore out if it is gettin fuel air and spark the only thing is bad compression my recomandations to ya is to do a compression test if your over 120 psi your ok but if your lower your rings are wore out

another thing is that theres a vacume leak check all your vacume hozes and your main egr valve

Is the Denso W16 EXR-U plug recommended for Toyota

2-4K`s runs on em, but im pretty sure the 5-7K (E or U indicates dishtop piston/head AND plugs;) use to use a "warmer" plug, because Toyota switched em from points to electronic pickup/dissy/coil.

1. While car in off, check resistance of each wire to body. The one that has 0 ( lowest) resistance is earth (ground)
2. Start the car, turn on hi beam, measure the voltage of the rest of wires to the earth. The one has DC voltage ( 12-13 VDC) is Hi beam positive ( +) cable.
3. The rest is Low beam positive cable
