Rear suspension will deflate but why won't it inflate?

That could work , You mite be able to test the sensor in question with ohm meter . Test the front one an see what the resistance is ,then check the back one. I don't know what it should be with out looking it up in the service info . You could also check to see if the sensor is getting power from the control module , an see if there is a return input to the module . There are a few DTC'S this able to set ! Rear air suspension will deflate but won't inflate.

If it is easy to remove the sensor and the plugs are the same. I would try that. That will tell you if the sensor is bad(the rear will inflate). Or if it is the module. (It won't inflate).

I have a sensor of some kind hanging down beside the bell housing. Part number reads xyif-18801-ab. All of my research has come up empty, where does this sensor bolt to?!

The info I have found is that this series is a radio suppressor for the coil. Could be it was misplaced or that electric lockup solenoid on the Torque converter would interfere with radio. If it has a bracket with a mounting hole it should not matter what grounded location it is bolted to. I would look at one on a car lot to see where the wire runs.

Tried too jump off my 2002 Lincoln navigator and it made a popping noise and everything shut down now want take a charge at all

Probably blew out the diode pack in the alternator. Hooking up the jumper cables backwards can burn out one or more fusable liknks in the wiring harness too.

2002 Lincoln navigator won't start the anti theft

Disconnect the battery cable and leave disconnected for 5 to 10 minutes. Reconnect cable and see if this resets the security system. If light is not flashing, then it should have reset. If when trying to start and the theft light comes on again, have your key checked to see if it has lost its code. If you have a second key, try using it. If this does not work, you may have to have the system flashed at the dealership.
