This is a major repair requiring the complete disassembly of the top end of the motor. I'd recommend at least that you purchase the appropriate repair manual from Chilton, Haynes etc before you attempt this.

Get a schematic and trace out the power source to those devices not working.

its a new tank before you fitted the tank it would need flushing. this is a lining they put on the inside to stop contamination, also to make sure its not been used, the same takes are on diesels and petrol engines and you don't want to mix them up so there is a film on the take to say its not used. you will need to flush out the tank. and flush your fuel lines injectors etc. when you bought the take they should of told you about the lining, or there should be a sticker on the tank to flush out before use.

Did you run over some kind of object, such as a curb, a tree limb, or debris from an accident, or hit a deep chuck hole in a road? I think you bent the linkage rods. You might have to get replacements, maybe even at a do-it-yourself auto salvage yard.

misfires are also from bad injectors , injector harness problems and low fuel pressure when a misfire is there at start nut clears it is an indication that the injectors need cleaning/ replacing

The fuel filter may need to be replaced. The parts are relatively cheap - labor may vary from 1/2 hour to an hour.

This could be a dry pedal shaft bush ( bit of WD-40 spray) or the first signs that the master cylinder rubbers are dry and the cylinder is facing replacement.

how does it run in the morning after sitting all nite,and does it die on you when it is warmed up

that particular vehicle has a distributor-less ignition system. completely stand alone and electronic. change around the known good coils and see if the misfires on the computer change. see, what the trouble codes say is your numbers 1 thru 4 cylinders are misfiring inadvertently. if you move the coils around, which there are 4..one to 2 cylinders and if its 4 bad coils giving problems then the codes will move around. it could be the crankshaft tone wheel or the PCM as well. take it to a good diagnostic facility like a hyundai facility if you want it fixed right the first time. the hyundai parts are a little more expensive but they are the BEST part for your car, OEM parts are the way to go and the mechanic has probably seen this before and can tell you whats wrong before you leave easily.

Code 123 is a problem with the throttle position sensor circuit.Code 335 is a problem with the crank position sensor circuit.And code 446 is for a EVAP control valve problem. These components would need to be tested to find out if they are faulty.

take out the cubby with the dimmer switch. and it's right behind that. its the top small black one.

you have torn an alternator, an air conditioning or power steering belt if equipped. check that the air conditioning works and gets cold if it used to and the power steering is not heavy if the car had it. if you broke an alternator belt your dash would be a christmas tree. if it had aircon and it doesnt work you need to look for your air con belt on the passenger side of the motor. if its not any of them something else has failed not applicable to any of them and it needs to be looked at asap.
