STARTING TO STALL NO DIAGNOSTIC INDICATION OF PROBLEM WHERE DO I START
First place I would start is to check if you are getting spark on all 4 cylinders. It's the easiest first check. Second thing I would check is my emissions system. Usually if that is a problem, you would get a check engine light, but on a car that old, the light might not be functioning. It also may be possible that the fuel filter is clogged. They are a pain to check, so I would put that last if you don't solve it. Good Luck
Car starts and runs. Once it's warmed up, the
Wouldn't think sensor or computer problem , more likely an ignition module . When it dies pull a plug wire an check for spark ,i think you will find no spark . Just from my 30 years of diagnosing GM vehicle's this has been the #1 cause of a start an run till warm an dies an wait 20 min . to an hour an it starts again problem. But without testing to know for sure that would be a guess . Having a qualified an certified repair technician diagnose the problem is always the best idea.
Saturn starting problems
u should check the specs on the coolant sensor & ck for vacuum leaks. When u step on the "gas" u are really controlling the air intake, the fuel injection is controlling the fuel. A bad coolant sensor or vac leak will give u these problems also. ck emissions when running. Good luck

Poor fuse connection, Check fuse box( the BIG fuses) and see if there is some corrosion buildup, if so spray A bit of WD40 WITHOUT engine running!!! Wait 30 - 60 mins to let it dry and sink in and you WILL be good to go. regards
Saturn won t start
3 things keep a motor from starting.1. NO SPARK, 2. NO FUEL,. 3 ENGINE DAMAGE. I SUSPECT IT IS THE IGN MODULE WHICH IS INSIDE THE DISTRIBUTER. cHECK TO SEE IF IT HAS SPARK.. iF IT DOES THE IGN MODULE IS NOT THE PROBLEM. iF IT DOES HAVE SPARK CHECK TO SEE IF IT IS PUMPING FUEL.. DO THIS BY SQUIRTING A LITTLE FUEL INTO THE INTAKE MANIFOLD THROUGH THE INTAKE AIR HOSE RIGHT BEFORE IT CONNECTS WITH THE INTAKE MANIFOLD. .. iF THE MOTOR FIRES AND TRYS TO RUN YOU KNOW FUEL IS THE PROBLEM. IN WHICH CASE IT COULD BE A CLOGGED FUEL FILTER OR A INOPERTIVE FUEL PUMP. iF IT HAS FUEL AND SPARK LOOK FOR A BROKEN OR STRIPPED CAM TIMING BELT. NOT TURNING THE CAM OR CAMS.
Wont pass emission count is at 3 needs to come down
Take a look at the spark plugs to see if they are oil on them or carbon build up from oil... if that is true... oil rings maybe bad... an old trick that sometimes work is to raise rpm to 2500 and hold for a little bit just before they plug the sniffer in.
