Can this car be towed with 4wheels on the ground
YES!!!! The Saturn is one of the few automatic tranny cars that can be towed on all four wheels !!!!
Check your owners manual , it's all in there. You'll have to pull a fuse and set up the shifter ,but read your owners manual.

My 2002 saturn has no power, or even dash, or dome lights.
Check for a fusible link going either to the starter or inside the car on drivers side by fuse box they are usually found by either a little round black piece on. Them that looks like a fuse or a larger wire that has a smaller wire on the end of it I can tell you for sure most fusible links on Chevy's are brown anecdotes he go to the starter the older Chevys anyhow
Reddish liquid leaking from under front right
Your vehicle uses GM Dex-Cool from the factory which is a coolant that is red in color. You more than likely have a leak so the system is low and therefore the coolant light is acting up.
There are several Technical Service Bulletins on this year Saturn for intake manifold gasket leaks for one, but it could be from a lot of places.
Washing the engine and letting it dry, then running it the next day and hunting around with a flashlight may help pinpoint the problem area. Check hose clamp areas of course.
For difficult leaks they make a Dex-Cool compatible UV Dye that can be seen with a UV light at a repair shop.
best wishes!
My 2002 saturn sl the timing chain put a hole in
Sounds like the chain has stretched beyond the tensioners ability to keep the slack out of it. You will need to replace the chain, tensioner and the chain guides. Most times the cover can be repaired by cleaning the hole and the area around it, then sanding with 80 grit sandpaper and then applying liquid aluminum or similar repair material. DO NOT repair the hole and ignore the chain problem or you risk destroying the engine.
Unless you have done similar work, it's advisable that you have a competent shop do the work or at the very least, get yourself a chilton or haynes manual to guide you through it. If done incorrectly the valves will contact the pistons and cause a lot of damage, so follow instructions exactly.
Ac drain cloged
Find the drain under the car. Use a clothes hanger or other wire to break up the clog in the hose.
The key will not turn in the ignition
Are you getting any dash lights? If so, do they dim when you turn the key? How old is the car and when was the last time the battery was replaced? Batteries generally last 3-6 years depending upon usage and how well the charging system is working. It is possible the connections on the battery have become loose or corroded. Try grasping each one with a gloved hand and Move them back and forth. If that doesn't work, remove the battery and take it to an auto parts store and have them check it.
