Do you have access to an OBD II diagnostic tool that reads data? I'm interested as to what the TPS, and coolant sensors are reading when the car DOESN'T start.

I think you mean drive cycle not complete. Generally the van needs to be driven 50-100 miles at both city and highway speeds. The distance needs to start when the engine is at operating temp, and the speed needs to vary including stop and go city. It does not have to be all in one trip but the engine must be warmed up first.

The CPU has not been informed that the pump was changed and will keep the light on until it is reset . Use a code reader for this purpose

if you can see the bottom of your radiator from the top of your car there should be a wing nut on the bottom in one of the corners loosen that and your antifreeze will drain if you dont see it there then the skidplate is covering it up

Check actuator cable, Vacuum can under battery tray could be damaged, or simply a vacuum line could be disconnected from this unit

LOL. Well, the option is pay $305 for this exact repair or do it yourself. I'm gonna try this weekend....part must be only $10 or less.

This is almost for sure the fuel relay. I do not know where it is on your car but I would look for it to be by one of the back wheels where road junk can get to it and corrode it. Once found not very expensive and very easy to replace.

Of course it has to be in the car, no make or model can be tested with it being hooked to the harness connector and powered up.

The cooling fan will run on some vehicles until the proper temp is achieved. It is only a problem if it does not ever turn off.

Check your fuse. See the manual for which fuse it is.
