Install & remove belts

which engine,.. the accessory belts , alt. p/s , a./c , ? the FSM covers this as does alldata.com they are all the same, Vbelt to vbelt , serp to serp relax tension, pull belt put on new, reset tension, the big diff is the tension, deal. auto tension or you do it via , adjusters and how tight. (spec) so i log in, to alldata.com and got belts page 10 diffr, drawing to set this , the 3Liter, has autotensioner may different engine, offered world wide the page is complex due to 3.5 and 3.2 having 3 belts and each its tensionor (manual) so post the engine type, only about 1 in 4000 post do....so...

p07xx codes, are transmission. 1st google hit. http://www.car-ii-codes.com/p0765-acura.html the FSM cover this, . buy one and read it if wana be serious A/T transmission DIY persons.

Not, it has nothing to do with it. It mays be a bad connection on the 12V electric line. Check that.

Transmission

double posted. added trans. so the trans slips only cold> or hot engine. hot tranny oil , can pass by a filthy tranny filter. do the 50kmile full tranny service now, skipping service , caused. at the least. full flush and new filter. (pan off) is full service, less is not. at the least a new filter. it may be packed, the clutch packs make dust , this dust in the oil fill packs a filter. 50k service is a good plan.... dispite EPA bs to the contrary.

After runing good 4awile car car just revs and wont go after a few minutes it runs fine again

is it engine problem? or transmission slip.? the RPM gauge actions prove later. that is RPM rises fast ,and car MPH dont increase, 1 or 1. if unsure, which get help

I took the car into the accura dealership and they said it might be the tensioner pulley or something similar

the AC clutch turns , A/C off. so if bearing is bad, you can rule it out with the A/C on , but that spins the compressor, and if it makes noise too. oop. i drop belts. drop belts (after bills boyd stethoscope check) i drop belts (almost never) to see what makes noise and what dont. why not believe the dealer, i bet it used a stethoscope and it did make noises, the tool is sold for $5 at harbor-fright(pun). i listen to all my accessories before long trips to avoid getting stranded. good bearins purrrrr... bad buzzz. try a good car and practice, and do avoid the fan an belts. running. it takes a steady hand and care to work on moving parts... my sis, came over, one day, i heard her ford , singing to me as she drove to our house. i said, it been sing long, yes, about 6 weeks. the steth hit here idler in 2min. and sure it was bad. here ford the idler pulley is stamping, and a perfect bell.... that sings. when you take a car to a mech, and he hears the sing and knows the idler is bad, i will not assume its just one problem. many cars come in with bad, idler, alt bearing and bad water pump. all ignored, that is why no promises... he is only human and must find most problems in a serial fashion, try it and see..... my last 97 had 10 problems. all ignored. all very serious. one problem took 25hr labor to fix, spun rod bearing.

1997 acura cl buzzing noise always on at start up

where is it , in trunk , under hood, under dash>? guess dash. is it the seat belt buzzer , on? new car to you? the operators guide covers all ways it can buzz, many. if not, then use a rubber hose to hear, I use 1/4" I.D fuel hose, and listen under dash, for who is buzzing, once we establish who when work why. post a photo of the who..

Tried insulling radio now car wont turn over

you blew fuses. find them and replace then. in cab or in engine bay, main fuse boxes. the first step in doing electric installs is to pull battery neg lug. if not you blow fuses. on newer cars 1st step is get and write down NAV and radio codes. or they will be dead. later..

GAS GAUGE STUCK ON FULL

well its not connected>? or you forgot to ground the ground wire? if you had a DMM meter , this would be easy, you can measure the sensor ohms, at any time with tank in car. and id have never put back any tank with out checking it first. not me, pulling tanks is no fun. and empty tank the gauge sender is at max ohms, (lever down) so is about 100 ohms and 10 ohms full (ball park) RTM read the FSM read alldata.com heck the FSM has a flow chart for these tests. amazing huh? i dont use it, i use my meter and ohms law. ill now look online at alldata. the only think complex is which of 2 systems it is, in the late 90s most cars changed. to indirect way. ok , i looked, your car is direct way, (cave man) its just 2 parts, a gauge and a sender. (sure wires) the sender is grounded at G751 if the dash temp guage works , then the fuse is not blown , fuse 1. the tests are cave man simple , all FSM show this. 1: unplug the Yellow/Blue sender wire, at any point from front (gauge) to sender, any place, there are many.(4 junctions) now, on the upstream side, key on, and ground this pin for 1min max, if guage moves pull the ground. (i use $#194 lamp for tests ) i connect my lamp to ground and the other side to the guage,wire. then key on and see guage move. bingo gauge is 100% good. cave man easy. ( now the sender. i measure the ohm. DMM on 200 ohm scale if manual meter. i connect black meter to body ground (shiny steel not plastic) i connect red lead to down stream wire above..Yellow/Blue it must read 100 ohms empty not 0 ohms. not infinity. if read infinity? the wire is cut, or gound it open or the sender is bad. if reads 0, the wire is grounded to the body or the the sender is bad (shorted) do not take my facts on ohms as verbatim, read the FSM and get the facts. but i think your tank sender wire is shorted to ground. some gauges work backwards, and my poor online version dont cover this. well. unplug the sensor does guage go full or empty? most go empty, but not all. use the lamp to test the gage, get to swing both ways with lamp to ground and with lamp and wire disconnected. cheers.

wont crank, you failed to remove battery lug minus during service and blew some fuses (hope, it did, other wise, boom)

How to locate thermostat on 1997 acura cl 3.0

that big hose in the RAD goes to it. just follow that hose.. and bingo. here , i log in to alldata.com step three
