Check fuses on panel, then check all connectors, check for kinked or frayed wire, then lastly, the circuit board for your panel! Not an easy task as you are checking for continuity between connections. If its the circuit board on your arm rest I would suggest a junk yard for a known good operating board. looking from the front of the engine , the pulley mark on the LH cam pulley lines (12o'clock) up with the centre of the 2 notches and the RH lines up (12 o'clock) with the single notch. On the crank one mark will be lined up with a single notch at about the 1 o'clock position and another at the 3 o'clock position lined up with a series of dots. Ensure that you have the piston on TDC no1 first and align the crank marks first.
