How to input radio code for my s reg audi a4

Okay here are your radio options. Audi will charge about $125 to extract the code from the radio but you may try this first
1. Look in the owners manual. If the car has the original packet with the owners manual and other pamphlets, it is likely that the dealer wrote the code down and put it in there in the glove box.
2. Audi puts the 4 digit radio code on a sticker in the spare tire compartment in the truck. It is a four digit code that will begin with 1 or 0.
3. Audi will use the code 1111 as a default code on rebuilt or replaced radios. try that first.
4. still no luck.... go to the dealer and pay the $125 and have them extract it.

Hello! You have a couple of options...# 1..It is important to maintaining the life of the car and also its resale value...I've included two diagrams of the turbo... The second of which is all off the vacuum lines....I do not know what the mechanic said was wrong with it, however the vacuum lines are worth a look and the possibility exist to fix it...#2...I would recommend taking it to another mechanic for a precise diagnosis of the problem... and, yes if you can find another, if in fact it needs to be completely replaced, Ebay is a good choice or RockAuto.com.........Guru.....Saailer10_8_2011_10_09_06_pm.gif10_8_2011_10_09_44_pm.gif I’m happy to help further over the phone at https://www.6ya.com/expert/david_6df67de3b14de867

All my lights come on

ok, First , By pulling back on the dimmer switch thats the high beams working, have you checked the head light bulbs? before tracking down relays , or fuses, check the bulbs with a meter, at times the burned filament is hard to see, you could have had one out, and the other finally quit working too, so do a bulb check first , if you do need to get to the relays,, you need to disconnect the battery first ( always neg side first if you have air bags then positive side, when hooking it back up, reverse this order) then locate the attaching screws that hold the fuse box in place, and lower it,, allowing you access to the relay

Want to know the best way to remove and install

customer needs assistance in removing the alternator
customer is alredy on the process of loosening up the bolts but it seem that the bolts are not standard bolts (13mm or 14mm). customer needs to get a special tool to loosen the bolts/screws that holds the alternator.
informed customer that taking out some parts in the vehicle is not necessary to take off the alternator
all he needs to do is to loosen the bolts and take it off then just wiggle the alternator back and forth to make its way out.
customer agreed

How do i get the

You will love this:

On the back of the radio code card (Which you clearly don't have.... But if you DID...) It says:

"Please detatch the radio card and keep it in a safe place - Not in the car.
If you should lose the radio card with the code number, please contact an Audo dealer. Assistance will be provided free of charge"

So, the answer it to approach an Audi dealer and ask them to prodide the code for you. Some dealers may (quite reasonably) ask you for the VIN of the vehicle and the serial number of the radio. Some dealers may also ask you to go in and produce your registration document as proof taht you are entitled to the code. SOME dealers may try to charge you for provision of the card. It's certainly worth having a serious argument if they try to charge you. Ask to talk to the service manager and if you still get refused free help, tell the manager that you are going to make a formal complaint about HIM to Audi directly. Generally, this will produce the required response.

98 Audi A4 Entering radio Code

This solution is close, but not accurate for my 1998 A4 2.8. You press and hold FM2 and RDS until the display indicates 1000. Immediately release. Then enter code with radio numbers 1 through 4, pressing each one till you get the first no. of the code, then for 2, press till you get second no. of code, etc. The press and hold FM2 and RDS until radio comes on.
