Replaced climate control unit and still will not work except on high. Checked breakers and blower fuse and they are working. Would this be the blower motor or temperature heater fan resister?
Your problem is probably a part called the heater resistor block or board. When this part burns out you will only have high speed on the fan. On my 1999 voyager it is located on the firewall and it snaps in a hole in the firewall. This is under the hood behind the alternator.
Mine had a multi pin black plug plugged into it. Unplug the plug and
you should be able to pull the block out insert new block and plug plug back in and it should come to life.

were is speed censour located
the output speed sensor is located on the transmission. while standing in front of the vehicle and looking down at the transmission you will see two rubber hoses. under those hoses you will see the input speed sensor. if you look to the right of that sensor, and you may have to look from underneath the vehicle you will see another sensor that is identical to the input speed sensor. That is the output speed sensor. The output speed sensor is the one that shows how fast you are moving on the speedometer.

MY VOYAGER IMMOBILISER SEEMS TO HAVE KICKED IN CANT GET IT STARTED IS THERE AN ELECTRICAL RESET SWITCH ON THE VEHICLE? TRIED THE SECOND KEY FOB BUT NO JOY DOES ANYBODY HAVE ANY IDEAS?
Its likely to be the 21 pin plug behind the heater control panel. Remove the long plastic strip under the control panel (prise of gently, held on by 2 clips) remove 2 screws behind this and 2 screws above on panel. The whole lot should easily come away. There will be 3 plugs, remove all three and try to start the car. If it starts your problem would be the earth. Hope it helps.

started my van, brake, ABS warning lights came on, the brake pedal is stiff and I have brakes.
You may have a bad abs controller. You need to get the code for the abs light from a shop or auto parts store.

i had it serviced but the mechanics did not reset it
I think your talking about the service interval display,
If its like mine, using the step button on the overhead display, scroll round to :service interval: then press reset on the lower left of the display.

chrysler voyager 1999 chrysler wont start after it has been sitting for a few days unless it is jumped off battery ok alternator ok starter motor ok dont know why this is happening also when car is turned off the milage light stays on please can you help
hi, have exactly the same problem on a 2000 2.5 tdi, have rectified it by removing first fuse at top of box. This controls central locking, stereo & interior lights so now I just have to trace fault. when you reconnect battery I hear a relay clicking from both the left & right hand sides which seems to be on the bulkhead, these relays are not releasing and are discharging the battery after 3 days. If you can live without the above try it, your odometer light will go off too.
Will post soultion when I find it. [email protected]

2001 chrysler voyager speedometer needle stuck on bottom side of stop pin.
I have had this problem
put key in ignition (do not turn on) and press the trip button for about 30 seconds.
This should reset your speedometer
If one hits the trip button with the engine off it goes into a diagnostic mode and the speedometer pegs out. This basically lets it finish the diagnostics.
Dealer will charge you $800 for a 3 minute job.
I used this solution from Edmunds forums but cannot find the links anymore.
I have had two others reset theirs for the same problem.
