America, the connector on all OBD2 cars is 1 meter or lessfrom the center of the steering column, usually at the knee level.the CEL must be out or you fail here, in USA , in 1 second flat.so. fix that firstthe Monitor status can take 30 minutes of fast driving.the EVAP (that means gas tank vents) tests takes the longestand will not run out if the fuel tank is full, so get the tank 1/2 full sayand drive 30min and bam, all the monitors are complete.in some states they allow one monitor to be incomplete.no state stated., nor even country, Smog laws very by both factors.my 04 GV the OBD2 16pin connector is by right knee, just underthe knee protector panel, by your knees, you must look under, not at it. for 4 bucks, you can read and see photos of it here. for any suz.this is the FSM.
