See if u got power before the relay an after the relay the check the plug under the seat

Sounds like you need to take it in to a service dept and have the primary module reset. If I'm not mistaken, in that year and model, everything works off of a computer "brain", like a CPU in your computer. If this is the problem and not a fuel line issue, you will need the service tech to put your car on their equipment to fix this issue. It can't really be done in your garage with a wrench. Sorry.

could be rad blockage, not enough anti freeze in the system, or in a worse case scenario head gasket leak

They should be hydraulic, meaning that they are self-adjusting. If they are making noise you probably have one or more faulty lifters.

Check if the pcv system is operating , Ck the pcv valve, the engine may have too much "blow by" which means its worn out.

pull them one at a time and see if any are blown.sometimes they dont have a fuse they have curcuit breaker instead.you cant tell if they are blown or not unless you have a tester.it mightbe a blownn window motor.

if you look on the fuse panel cover it should show you.or there might be another one under the hood somewhere.my truck has 2 fuse boxes.

HI, There is no valve lash spec for your Jeep they are non adjustable. You will just tighten the rocker arms down to 21ft. lbs. I usually do them in two steps 15ft lbs first then come back and finish at 21ft. lbs. This just gives the lifters a chance to collapse slower. Good luck and happy motoring.

sounds like a hole in gas line or hose

thats usually the fan clutch if it goes away when the engine warms up

I've had my 1990 Wagoneer since 2007, it was an old "City Park Vehicle" so it was kept in good condition until I bought it. I ran the poor thing practically into the ground and it still runs great!

TRY DISCONECTING THE DAY TIME RUNNING LIGHT MODULE AN LET IT SIT AND SEE IF THE BATTERY IS DRAINED AGAIN. IT IS ON TOP OF THE RIGHT FENDER WELL AND HAS TWO CONECTORS.

WARRNING IT MAY DISABLE YOUR HEAD LAMPS
DO NOT DRIVE WITH IT DISCONECTED.

REPLACE THE DRL MODULE IF THE BATTERY HOLDS THE CHARGE.
