You need to replace the internal solenoids. Not a hard job. Drop the pan, remove the PWM solenoid, and shift solenoids. PWM is causing this issue. New solenoids will cure it. Kit on eBay is $255.

Sounds like it either had trash in it or you dropped something in it before you reinstalled the throttle body! If it was trash it could have been blown out with an air compressor. Could also be a broken piston ring that came out on top of the piston upon startup!

There is obviously a problem somewhere else in the power steering system. Get the rest of the parts in the system checked, (and serviced where possible). Might be worth seeing if the fluid can be flushed to see if there's any blockages in the system.

Cannot be tested, either pass or fail according to on=board computer. Two on manifold leading to catalytic and one on exhaust side of cat. Fairly cheap enough to buy and replace.
