Truck getting hot and over heating but there is no heat
You have a vapour lock. The coolant isn't flowing. The remaining water is not cooling your engine evenly so you could crack your engine block. The water that isn't circulating turns to steam. The water pump could need replacing if the impeller failed. You may need a new thermostat. Get someone knowledgeable enough to fill your radiator properly and then keep the overflow reservoir filled to half. Check that bottle at least every week.

Radio light indicator in my ford 2006 explorer is
If you bought the car new and have never set the anti theft code for the radio (Most people don't) then the code is the factory preset. If you have your owners manual for the car it will tell you under the radio area what the factory preset is IE 0000. From there you can either leave it factory or you can put your own 4 digit code in, but make sure you right it down in the back of the book or somewhere safe so you have it in case you ever have to remove the radio or you lose total power to the car. Losing total power like changing the battery will call for the radio to come back on in the locked position making enter the code to unlock it.

Engine stalls in neutral when giving it gas
I think you are trying to associate moisture with "Drowning".If water entered the engine whilst it was running through the inlet manifold it can and in your case, be serious. If you think you have properly dried it out enough to run I suggest a couple of things. You cannot compress a fluid so if one of the cylinders was brought to a dead stop then something has to give.Get a buddy with a compression tester and check all the cylinders with all plugs out to get max cranking rpm. Check these against the book figure. I'm betting one or more is substantially low.I don't know what drives the camshaft but being brought to a sudden halt may have moved something and its now out.Check everything you can against to book and it may shine a light on your troubles.

Vehicle stalled in water, looking for checklist of how to fix
If your car was submerged in water and any of the wires were covered with water, you will have odd electrical problems with the car in the future. The best way to get water out of an engine is change the oil and the filter and don't start it until you do. If you happen to get this car running again, I would trade or sell it ASAP. It will be nothing but trouble if you keep it.

2006 ford explorer shudder at 40 miles per hour intermittent
If you feel it in the brake pedal and/or steering wheel you have a bad brake pulsation in the front brakes. Just replace the rotors as having them turned or machined will make them warp sooner due to the loss of material from machining. More cost effective to just replace them. If this vehicle has a 4 speed automatic......shift down into D to hook-up to the engine thru the transmission to help slow the vehicle down long hills like mountain driving. GET IT OUT OF OVERDRIVE TO SAVE THE BRAKES. Hope this solves your problem. If you need further help, I’m available over the phone at
