The thing I am wondering is about water damage. Was the vehicle ever in a flood? If not I would look for another radio in a salvage yard. The age of the unit is a major consideration and it is probably failing due to heat, stress and vibration.

Could be a relay. Look at your wiring diagram. Swap relay with one of the same number, see if it cures the problem.

Fuse panel diagram 1994
The fuse you are looking for is located in the engine compartment, center left (driver's side). remove the square (approximately 8" by 8") black plastic cover to expose the fuses. The fuse that controls both the windows and the seats is the 50 amp square fuse at top center (top is @ engine side, bottom is @ fender). You will no doubt notice that the fuse element has burned out by looking thru the clear plastic window on the top of the fuse and comparing with the 30 amp fuses to the right of this fuse. If your windows are operating, but your seats are not, your 30 amp rectangular aluminum covered fuse under the instrument console left of the steering column needs to be replaced (remove the fuse block cover by unscrewing the plastic hex bolt in the center of the cover and releasing the plastic overlap catches on either side of the cover). Fuse layout legends are printed on the inside of all fuse box covers.
How do i remove a stuck cassette tape from a 1994 chevy truck player?
Does it make noise or move when you hit the eject button? If so, slide a butter knife under the exposed edge of the tape drive adaptor about an 1/8" and hit the eject button. Just a little upward pressure should help it release. It the eject button has no effect, you may need to pull the radio out, open the cover and manually turn the eject drive assembly.

I'm not sure why you want to change the oil again. Your oil pressure numbers appear to be normal. Replace the oil cap if it's bad. You'll have to scan the ECM for codes to find out why the the check engine light comes on.
BRAKES FEEL EXTRA SOFT HARD TIME STOPPING
if you have not just done a brake job , I would suggest you look for a leak in the rear brake lines . they tend to rust and brake . also pull the rear drums and make sure a wheel cly is not leaking . also check your master cyl fluid lvel
