there is a vacum maudual that screw's into the transmission were those three vacume lines connect,a little ball inside there moves up and down to controle the vacume ingageing and disengageing the 4 wheel, i had the same problem,replaced it and wooks great, you will have to go through a chevy dealer to get the part tho, auto-stores don't carry it. good luck

Get an OBD1 reader, and learn how to check for codes...blinking lights...long blink...short blink...gotta count them and the manual will tell you what the code is for.

crawl under the Blazer and hit the gas tank with a heavy rubber mallet with the key in the on posision now try to start the blazer if the blazer starts up replace your fuel pump trust me if you fuel pump is stuck this can free it for and emergancy and you can get it some were

have u checked ur cv joints? sounds like u may have a bad cv joint

Sounds like multiple issues.
1 locate and check your fuses, alot of times radios, dome lites, cig liters use the same fuse.
