When key is turned off, heater motor still runs.

Hello Faraway farm.
The problem is for sure a stuck blower motor relay.
The relay is mounted on the firewall under the hood near the top about the center.
This is allowing battery power to be directed straight to the blower motor.
If you give it a tap with a screwdriver handle it may temporarily shut off, but it will stick again.

Car won't start

Did you put a multimeter on the coil and check for voltage coming out of the coil? To do this put the ground lead of the meter on the battery ground, then turn the ignition on and touch the positive lead of the meter to the coil. It should read around 12 volts.

Dtc trouble code 54 3.1 pontiac sunbird 1991

You have to check voltage at the fuel tank pump Usually is a corroded wire between the fuel pump relay and the pump or the fuel pump relay defect. You need to check with voltmeter and the feedback at PCM (Powertrain control module). Hope it helps.

2002 Pontiac sun bird lights are going dim to bright as if alienates going out but that's not it. Maybe bad ground ?

Hi Alan: You're thinking what I'd be checking. Make sure the battery terminals are clean, not corroded, and that all connections are good. Is the car starting OK? Are the aliens in control of the lights when the engine is running? What do the lights do if the engine is turned off?
