1995. Why doesn't wiper motor work?
Need to check for power at the relay...wiper hi-low relay... connection at the relay (85) 12v and (86) GEM module you should have voltage there also make sure the key ON ACC when check-in it. same for wiper run relay (85), (86), (87) should all have power with key on and turn wipers on...need to check which side is not getting power.

My hood latch on my 95 f-150 pickup truck is not working
If you can get it up. lube the catch mechanism, above and below. Lube the hood hinges at the rear of hood, work it up and down a few times before you try closing.
I hope you haven't bent anything at the rear hinge points, or the front catch?

How do you turn off the ignition chime? It stays on and is driving me crazy.
without knowing why it's chiming and the problem might be as complex as a wire rubbing through shorting to ground somewhere or as simple as a bad chime box.
I would just make the box STOP chiming.........track it down by it's sound and unplug it.........problem solved.
take note ford plugs do not come of there boxes easy, there are 1 or 2 clips on one side you have to pull away from the box so the plug will come out..no tools are needed just a little trickery.

No low beam headlights
My daughter's Buick did the same thing and at first we thought both low beam head lights were burnt out which does happen sometimes but what we found the high low switch in the steering wheel column was at fault. after we got that replaced all the lights worked. It did cost several hundred dollars to repair.
