Where is the thermostat located on my 2000 madza b2500?

  1. Disconnect the heater return hose at thermostat cover. Disconnect ECT sensor and water temperature sender unit. Disconnect the upper radiator hose from the outlet connection. Remove the bolts. Pull elbow away from the cylinder head. Remove the thermostat and gasket.
The thermostat cover casting contains a locking recess into which the thermostat is turned and locked. > Do not use more than 15 - 20 ft ibs to tighten the thermostat housing bolts. I’m happy to assist further over the phone at https://www.6ya.com/expert/uttamjeet_2f3adc18600f8ede

How do I replace the broken fan belt on my y2000 Mazda Bravo 2wd petrol ute? I need to know which parts to loosen, and how to loosen them, so I can slip the belt over the pulleys. I can see where the

you need a cerpentine belt tool. check out all the pulleys and you will find that one has a square hole in the bracket holding the roller. that arm is spring loaded to maintain tension on the belt. Its not easy for the first time to do this job. The route the belt goes will be on a sticker diagram somewhere under the hood. sometimes they are on the under side of the hood, while sometimes they are on the car's grill frame. it is usually best to put the belt on all the pulleys except the alternator, then pull the tension pulley arm to facilitate the belt slipping onto the alternator pulley. Do not attempt to put it on the tension pulley last. and be careful the tension pulley tension can give you quite a severe pinch if you get your fingers caught under the belt.

I have a Mazda B2500 (2000). Everytime it rains

You could have a windshield that is leaking water. Often this water will trickle down from the bottom/inside of the glass and then down the firewall, under the carpet or floor mat, and to the floor. The way I usually hunt for these is to remove the floor mat or carpet then get a flashlight and lay down in the cab so you can see under the dash area while someone sprays water on the vehicle with a garden hose. Often the leak will show up as a trickle that you can then backtrack to it's source. Another spot to look for is at the cowl in front of the windshield where air for the heater and a/c is pulled into the passenger compartment. The water drain holes in this area can plug up and allow water to overflow into the passenger compartment. Good luck, hope this helps!

I changed the slave cylinder in my truck, now my truck is hung in gear. What could be the cause of this and how can I fix it?

I think the clutch is not releasing, so you probably still have air in the system. Try bleeding it again.

Door ajar light keeps coming on when door is closed tightly

The problem is a dirty switch. use a can of wd-40 or equivalent and spray the door latch heavily. Next hold up on the door handle and work the latching mechanism back and forth really fast. Next repeat the process 2 or 3 times. It only takes a few minutes and your door latch sensor will be working like new again.
