Windscreen (windshield) washer does not work but wipers work fine
This could be anything in between. Heres where I would start. DOES the vehicle spray water in any other speed? Do all speeds work?
If all speeds work fine the problem could be in the SENSOR controlling the actual Spray pump. NOT worth fixing. OR your wires going to the spray pump could be cut! Check the resistance real quick between the pump and the sensor. It also may be the culprit.

Very low gas mileage in C240
run the fault codes
indicators are that the heated oxygen sensor ( in the exhaust manifold before the cat converter ) is malfunctioning and not reporting the exhaust gas composition correctly so that the ECM can adjust the mixture
other codes that may show up are the ambient air temp sensor , The BARO sensor and MAF/VAF sensors all of which report to the ECM to keep the air /fuel mixture correct

Oil and water mixing 2004 m benz c200engine oil in
unlikely to be engine oil, more likely transmission oil from faulty transmission oil cooler in radiator tank
take it in for a proper diagnosis and quote
the coolant system will have to be properly and completely flushed

Key wont turn or release the steering wheel
I'm not familiar with the Mercedes, but first of all, NEVER turn your wheels all the way, it'll cause damage sooner or later, you kind of found this out already. Next, try getting to the fuse center under the dash and probably under the hood of the car, check all your fuses with a digital volt meter, replace any that are bad.
Your last statement is "won't start" does the engine spin? or nothing at all happens when you turn the key? If your sure the battery connections are all tight and clean the next step I would do is plug an OBD II scanner in and get any codes that have popped up in your computer, if there aren't any, then my next suggestion would be to start checking into the ignition system, If you forced you key to turn in anyway when you had your wheels locked to the side, you could have damaged the electro-mechanical components in the steering column.

My fuel gage recently started
look for broken/loose wires/connections around the tank while someone else is observing the fuel gauge. a broken/loose ground could be at fault. the fuel sending unit sends the signal to the gauge, also, look for broken/loose wires/connections from the fuel tank to the fuel gauge if you haven't found the problem yet. if all else fais, ground the body with a temporary connection to see if that is good, body ground is needed to keep them running good.

Merc C Class safety belt warrning - ENABLE !
Unfortunately, you need to get it scanned. Merc. charge for this + labour in the UK.
i had a problem with an old SLK and found the software onFleaBay, it worked out cheaper for me.
Check out the Merc forums on line, very helpful.
it could well be a sensor, modern cars eh!

My C230 Mercedes has check engine light on. Car
P0171 indicates a lean condition. The most common cause of this is a defective mass air flow sensor. Also check if any vacuum leaks.Replace MAf sensor,if cleaning the MAF does not help.
Thanks.

While driving, when i go over a bump, why does the shifter move up?
I am not certain if you mean actually moves forward, as in out of gear, kind of rattles with movement or the shifter knob itself is moving up and down. I am a former Mercedes Benz Tech and have worked with many of those shifters in various MB classes. If you provide a better description, I will be able to help you.
If the shifter has excessive play in it, there is a grommet that connects the shifter to the linkage to the transmission that wears out and will cause a light rattle sound and play in the shifter. Again without a better description, it is difficult to help you.
