If you typed the number in wrong more than twice it may be locked and won't take the number even when it's correct. You need to disconnect the battery again for more than 5 minutes and try again. If you typed it in correctly, the card might be from a previous radio (if you're not the original owner) or if it is the original radio, a mechanic may have swapped the card with another car by mistake. Either way, it's a trip to the dealer.

This is evident of the alternator having an internal issue and should be checked. Obviously the battery is good, but may not hold out for much longer. Have the charging system checked and let me know what they find and I will be happy to help further.

grab plastic in front and pull up. it should slide out of the main air filter housing. the housing is retained by 4 clips that attach to the intake manifold-you will have to grab the snorkels and twist them off the housing then they pull off the intake retaining brackets, grab housing and pull up. it will feel tight around your maf sensor that is normal. be very careful with maff sensor you do no want tp damage the seal that retains the maf to the intake. flip housing over and you will see 8 torx screws remove one side at a time and replace filter elements-make sure housing is clean before reassembly

hi,fuel pump motor , fuel pump relay,or crankshaft sensor are the possible cause,if you could bring your car to a dealer,they maybe see the store or actual fault,causing the problem,ty

Remove battery, clamp both battery leads together for 5 minutes. reconnect battery (positive first) gives vehicle computer hard reset. Then perform key reset as factory handbook.

about 50 lbs is enopugh and dont forget the grease on the back of the ally wheel and oil on the wheel nut threads

This could very well be activated by the charging system if it in fact has an issue. The charging system would create the "visit workshop" light to be activated. Worst case on the tyres, the dealer may have to calibrate or reflash the unit which monitors the system. It will not be a hard fix.

Sunflower Hi...My ESP light is on and while I am driving my wheels lock. What could this be? It started doing it while I was driving about 20 or 30 mph but now its been also doing it while im going about 40 to 60 mph.. It almost caused a really bad accident. Someone please help!! this is caused by not having enough fluid in trans. when car warms up fluid expands and then works fine. (i'll bet your down 1qt. of trans fluid

post all things that fail and work both all maters engine starts , runs , drives ok ,day or night? all other electrical things on the car ,as in ALL do in fact work correctly? or just the RADIO on the car fails. many cars now the RADIO is part of the CAN , the car Area Network. and if that fails so does the RADIO. if is in fact a factory RADIO there from MB. what to do. well check all fuses first. never skip the easy first step and a 50cent cure.. next scan the USA? OBD2 scan port, and look for Radio errors like COMM failures codes. can I assume this RADIO is not SDAR , satelite radio if is did you path the subscription bills? $$$$$$ or the RD is base Radio and both are in fact CAN bus controlled so yes, it must be scanned first, after fuses sorry this is no simple 80s radio, not at all and is antitheft protected too. i request this post be moved to cars and not computers. here is more than 1 fuse, the RD shows 2, F1 and F2 my online docs, are not so good, on all MB. get the car scanned in any shop. see the DTC error codes. next.
