Where is the starter located
The starter is located on the joint of the engine and the transmission and is bolted onto the belhousing/torque converter housing, about midway in the engine compartment. There is quite a lot of panel and cover material you will have to remove to gain access to it. This is more or less what you are looking for:-

fuel pressure regulator is what is in between the pump and the rails. it sounds like your regulator is restricting fuel flow
Rear drive shaft lock up doing 80mph on freeway.
disconnect rear drive shaft to see if tires move if not the rear end pinion gears might have a bad bearing causing the lock up.the fastest way to repair it is to replace gear box with good used one from a salvage yard.the reason I'm telling you this is because although your gear box might be repairable, it would have to be done by a professional and cost would be high.
