The P0513 is a bad immobilizer code, which is part of the security system. Apparently a bad code can cause the engine to run rough, which could be causing the other code. P0404 is an EGR code.

Low on coolant , thermostat sticking , air in the cooling system .

does this because there is a short in the window system drawing too much amperage. could be a motor a window binding in the track, bad switch.

unlikely -- unless it is a diesel engine ( engine type not mentioned) check for faulty hydraulic lifter or worn rocker bushes or shaft have a compression test done to check for loose valve seat insert.

Try the working bulb on that side. Just because it is brand new doesn't mean it is good. If it still doesn't work push the wires on the back of the plug and see if it comes on if it does replace the head light plug. If not follow the wiring back and look for a break in the wire where it rubs against something

Bad controller. The controller is what grounds the resistor and blower. Doesn't happen often. But does happen.

Low beam circuit is open some where,acquire a wire diagram to trace to the source,could be at the connector at the bulb easiest to check there first for ground and power to each of the wires with a test light with lights on dim then on high beam to determine which wire is low beam circuit,ground always is the black wire.

Not really. There wouldn't be anything to keep the belt tight on the pulley next to the compressor. In some cases you can buy a dummy pulley to use in place of the compressor but I am not aware of one being available for this model.
