When ive had that problem before ive drained the slave cylinder and put new fluid in it and then bled it to how i like the feel of the clutch. try that it might work for you!

Front brake rotors are warped,if it didn't shake before the wheels were removed, re-torque the lug nuts. If the shake was there before,the rotors either need machined or replaced.
