Hi check the air filter to see if there is oil on the filter, start the vehicle and take the engine oil filler cap off and see if there is back pressure. Let me know if you can get the cylinder compression on all the cylinders. Replace PCV valve .

could be an issue with dirty terminals in the indicator stem. i had a problem with wipers on other side. it will have to be dissasembled and cleaned. bit of a job really. hope this helps :)
