There is a very common problem with early Pacificas and several other year models of other Chrysler cars and vans that causes the codes P0032 and P0403 to set and its not due to a failing HO2S sensor or a bad EGR solenoid. It is in most cases caused by a bad ground to the Exhaust Gas Recirculation (EGR) solenoid. The ground you need to check, at least on the Pacificas, is the G100 ground located on the left frame rail below the battery. Make sure its clean and tight with no signs of corrosion. They are known to break and come loose.

The Po113 is an IAT ( intake air Temperature sensor ). This sensor is in your air intake ( rubber duct ) or it is in my Malibu 2000. I had this same code & I bought the IAT & it didn't solve my problem because it wasn't the problem. My wiring that joins the IAT was broken. I went on ebay and bought the plug in with wiring attached about 6 inches of it, then I cut off the plug in on my old IAT and replaced it solved my problem on code PO113 . If you buy a plug in with the wiring make sure it's the correct one. If you have an ohm meter & know how to use it you will be able to check the IAT . Check it when you take it out and see what resistance it has then warm it up & see if it changes then get it cold ( example put it in a refrigerator & see what the resistance is, just play around with the temperatures & see what happens. The resistance should change as the temp changes.

Most likely in the wiper motor, remove the plastic electric connector at the wiper motor and check if all is ok, service or replace the wiper motor

Two separate issues. The gas gauge issue is most likely from the sending unit in the gas tank. It is a moving part and subject to wear and tear. The button on the shifter is probably sticking because of lubrication issue. I have found the best thing for that is to soak it in armor all.

The seat and hatch problem sound like an electrical contact issue. They either need to be cleaned or the is a bad connection (maybe a bad wire) The oil light could be caused by a bad oil filter or a cheap oil filter.

I have a 2011 dodge grand caravan that has a 3.6 L Pentastar engine. If this is the engine that you have, then you have 2 cat converters, One in the front and one in the back of the engine, I do not know how many miles you have on this Pacifica, But, if you have over 150K chances are you will have to replace the cat converter, Go to autozone and have them put the scanner on there, you must have the check engine light on,They will tell you which one it is either bank 1 or bank 2, Whichever one it is, you will have to replace the converter, if you have over 150K miles, Then not too long after that the other one will go out, It is an expensive repair, If you go to the dealer and buy the part, you will have to pay $150 to $300 core charge per converter because of the palladium and precious metal inside, You will get it back when you return the old one, Changing the 02 sensors, will not fix the problem. Besides you will see that unless you take out the converter,, you will not be able to get the sensors out, You will not pass inspection with a bad cat converter, but, if it is time for inspection, you may be able to use CATA CLEAN and light may go off for a week or so

The electrical part of the ignition and the key cylinder are both easy to replace. Disconnect the battery first so you don't trip the airbag my mistake. Remove the cowling below the steering column and you will see the ignition switch on the left side. There are a couple of screws that secure it and plug in connector. The cylinder lock must have the key in to remove it. There is a detent pin that must be pressed that is not visible when the cowling is in-place when the key is turned and it will slide out. The Haynes manual is very good with details and there is info on Youtube as well.

You need to replace that latch, I think the return spring must be broken.

Make sure the tank has a good earth to the frame.

What Transmission Solenoid did you replace ? Pressure control solenoid ? Shift control ? P0522 code is not saying oil pressure is low , It's saying the PCM is seeing sensor pressure low ! Do you know how to test automotive electrical circuits with a volt meter ? An this has nothing to do with your gears lit up . Different problem .

Near the rear of the transmission in the side of the housing it will have wires that plug into it . It measures the speed of the out put shaft from the transmission in relation to the the wheel speed sensors and relays this information to the PCM or VCM .

Should be at a bottom left or right radiator.

Have to be sure battery has a full charge and battery connections all good, no voltage drop anywhere. At the starter motor, usually two voltage circuits, one comes from the battery hot all the time. The other circuit goes hot with key in the crank position and is wired through a neutral switch and or starter relay, where applicable. The starter motor should ground through the engine block. Ground circuits are important. I don't know the model year or I would try to post wiring diagram? With intermittent problems, you have to test when problem is ongoing.

If generally sluggish as well, could be clogged exhaust muffler or more likely converter. If not, I think the ignition module has a low speed and high speed section, so could be bad high side, or even weak coil.

Possibly. Check your car manual or wiring schematic for the answer. Is that the only thing not working? Might also be a defect in your ignition switch itself or a relay..
