Why cooling fans do not work unless ac is on?
Are you talking about the fans under the hood? If so, these are thermostatically controlled. They won't turn on unless the engine (and thus the coolant in the radiator) gets above a certain temperature. But they will always run when the A/C is on. If yours NEVER run, even when you've been sitting in traffic with the engine running for an hour on a hot day, take the car to a shop and have the fans/thermostats checked.

2005 lasabre left side run light are out right side are on
Guessing if you had a factory service manual you wouldn't be asking a question on here....right ? Anyway to answer your question, yes there is a separate fuse for the left and right side running lights. If you lift the front of the bottom cushion of the REAR seat. Now you will need to kind of give it a quick tug upward to release the clips that hold the bottom cuhion down. Also try to grab it from both sides when you tug on it at the same time. When loose lift up and pull it towards the front of the car to remove the cushion. On the drivers side underneath the cushion is a fuse panel with a cover on top. Remove the cover to see the fuses. Below is a duagram of the fuse layout. The fuse marked with the red arrow is the fuse you want to check for the left (drivers) side running lamps. FYI, the fuse for the right passenger side running lights is the one right below it (#10). Hope this helps......
