been there 10+ times, even into drydock. there,
that is there job to cure this and not need to wreck ANY factory harness with cutters.
This code does not refer to the O2 sensors. There is another sensor on the exhaust system called a "NOx" sensor. This monitors the Nitrogen Oxide levels in the Exhaust. Some vehicle manufacturers need to have the new sensor coded to the vehicles ECU to turn off the engine warning light.
It doesn't start because the immobiliser light is on and your vehicle is immobilised.
Did the battery go flat? Did you change the battery?
You need the dealership or an autoelectrician with a scan tool programming computer.
