How to change a blend door motor 2007 ford explorer
Limited (dual zone) exp has two actuators, others have one. One is easier. I have done my limited and the dash does NOT have to come out. You will wish you did take the dash out though. Transmission hump, remove panel(s). Youtube has lots of guidance too. Remove actuator mounting screws and wiring and then remove the actuator. Set up the new one to align with the blend door, install and put back as many screws as you can. I left at least one out as I could not get them all back in and it works just fine without it. Took about two hours of pretending my hands and I were freak show contortionists along with small sockets huge extensions etc. I have a lot of tools but even I was left wanting on this gem of a job. Good luck.

2007 Ford Explorer horn quit working?
suggest checking if 12 volts goes to horn wire at horn end when horn pressed from inside vehicle. A 12 Volt probe {google it} can be a cheap checking tool for this.
If 12v volts is switched when button is pressed {could be earth being switched if it is then place probe on constant 12 volts and negative lead on switched earth wire} then the horn itself is faulty.
If no voltage switched then horn relay needs to be checked. check if voltage at horn relay coil contact when button pressed.
if yes then relay may be faulty. if no then horn switch could be faulty.
you can check switched voltage also at horn relay switched contact when relay plugged in. To see if relay is doing what it is meant to do

How to fix antifreeze leak where collant lines connect to rear heater core on 2007 ford explorer
First you have to determine if this is the hose or the connection to the heater core itself. This can be difficult to do. You should get a pressure testing machine for automotive cooling systems and use it. When you pressurize the system you can see where the leak is exactly. If it is hoses that are bad you can replace them. If it is the pipe that connects to the core (the nipple) then you need the whole core. When you replace the items that are bad you need to use permatex on the connection to be sure it wont leak again.

07 explorer transmission started slipping got it home now it will barely move
before you race out and buy a clutch kit there are some checks to do first
this could be a problem clutch master cylinder where the compensating port is blocked and that keeps the pressure plate partially disengaged
so check that the clutch is properly by bleeding the nipple at the slave cylinder and seeing if that makes a difference
bleed out excessive pressure and move the lever towards the slave cylinder
press on the clutch and see if it can be moved back when the foot is off the pedal
if not it is the master cylinder
if cable read clutch cable instead of master cylinder as it is jamming up and not moving freely
